My primary area of focus is within New York and Connecticut. 
Handled all aspects of the Financial/Accounting permanent staffing cycle for Fortune 500 companies, Investment Banks,Insurance,CPG and Big 4/regional public accounting firms in the Greater New York City area and beyond.

Manage full staffing life cycle, i.e. value proposition, contract negotiation, interviews, compliance, immigration issues, benefits and eventual integration of strategic human capital.

Conduct direct sourcing of Financial/Accounting professionals: cold calling, conduct searches for qualified candidates via Internet (Linkedin, Monster, HotJobs, etc).
