Beside this, through the collaboration of other departments, I spearhead and complete projects within time and budgetary constraints.

In this role, I held the responsibility for assessing critically ill patients and prioritize care based on assessment findings. I was accountable for delivering high-level healthcare for various patient populations, including cardiac and vascular surgery, cardiogenic shock, congestive heart failure, acute respiratory failure, septic shock, and cardiac arrest. I provided unparalleled level of services to patients and families as an advocate. Moreover, I guided and advised patients and families on subsequent home care and facilitate discharge of patients.

Key responsibilities included: 

•	Thoroughly assess critically ill patients and prioritize care based on assessment findings.
•	Care for patient populations including but not limited to cardiac and vascular surgery, cardiogenic   shock, congestive heart failure, acute respiratory failure, septic shock, and cardiac arrest.
•	Monitor patients for status changes based on analytical reasoning, invasive monitoring equipment, assessment data, and then initiate appropriate interventions quickly and effectively to produce life-saving outcomes.

I steered towards researching childhood aggression and creating subsequent curriculum from findings. I managed and ensured the successful implementation of said peer-reviewed behavioral curriculum within Head Start classrooms spanning 13 counties. I delivered expert-level leadership to behavioral coaching team, including teachers and other socio-emotional professionals in multiple schools to explore behaviors, motives, emotions, actions values, attitude, and beliefs. I controlled all endeavors regarding the classroom behavior management techniques in 30+ Head Start classrooms. I critically analyzed positive behavioral trends with teachers and staff by organizing collaborative counseling sessions.

Key responsibilities included:

•	Provided a wide array of socio-emotional counseling services to clients across north Alabama including family therapy and solutions focused brief therapy.
•	Researched childhood aggression and created subsequent curriculum from findings-then implemented said peer-reviewed behavioral curriculum within Head Start classrooms spanning 13 counties.
