I am the Lead XR Disruptor at Lindenwood University, where I have worked for over 10 years. With a PhD in AI, Art History , and graduate degrees in Business and Gane Design, I have 100+ research collaborators and the same number of books, chapters and articles. I also regularly consult on AI integration in both education and industry. My mission is to integrate immersive realities and AI into industry and education, so that learners can access equitable, engaging, and innovative education regardless of their location, background, or discipline. I have established the Immersive Arts and Culture Hub and the XR and Gaming Lab, which provide cutting-edge resources and opportunities for the whole campus community. I also lead the VR Champions and the AI Ambassadors, two groups of interdisciplinary researchers and practitioners who collaborate on various studies and projects involving XR and AI. Additionally, I serve as the Department Head of Art History and Visual Culture, the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Emerging and Disruptive Innovation in Education, and an Expert in Collaborative Residence at CrowdDoing, a global platform for social impact and collective intelligence.
