After many years of leading client relationships in marketing and creative agencies, I've switched to focus on business and executive coaching. Working with the amazing people at Culture at Work, I have qualified as a 'Coaching for Performance Accredited Coach' (CfPAC), accredited by the ILM (City & Guilds) and the Association for Coaching. It means I’m qualified to coach in all categories and all levels of seniority! Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work with some of the household names in Consumer Health, Technology, FMCG and Travel. I believe this experience has given me a good understanding of how people work; how they try to navigate their personal challenges and consequently why decisions are made. I've also worked with many business leaders and talent management professionals over the years which has helped me understand the importance of clarity of thought in team development.
