KSFM works with a wide range of charities, philanthropists and NGOs. Their specialism is creating and implementing cost effective strategies to facilitate better impact articulation, growth and sustainability.

Founded in 1969, SightLife is the only non-profit global health organization solely focused on eliminating corneal blindness in the U.S. and around the world. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, the organization leverages innovative technologies and best business practices to transform lives and unlock life's possibilities for the corneal blind. SightLife works in partnership with surgeons and health organizations in dozens of countries.

I led on the UK development strategy for SightLife as it grows to realise the mission: 

To restore sight and hope to all in need through eye donation and corneal transplantation.

About Me:
I have worked with charities and social purpose businesses for nearly two decades - as a fundraiser, founder, consultant, executive, and non-executive director.  

In my day job, I work with incredible colleagues at GSR, a cryptocurrency market maker and trading firm, with over 10 years experience as a liquidity provider for the crypto ecosystem.

My role has two elements: leading the firm's ambitious commitment to ESG, and building the GSR Foundation into a class-leading independent charitable grantmaker.
