During COVID the Retail sector has been impacted more than most, and Digital Transformation is now a key focus on the CxO's mind. ↗️ Customer demands and expectations have increased, for good 🛒 73% of Retail CIO's will increase investment in store technology in 2022. 🚚 Digital/Physical hybrid shopping model for local distribution has never been more important, with 88% of customers willing to pay more for faster delivery 💚 Sustainability is a focus for retailers, but a necessity for customers Within the Retail sector specifically, I have supported small and large organisations across a variety of sectors with a mix of challenges and goals. This is done with a clear focus on creating customer success and value. Technology is a great enabler for transformation, but technology on it's own will not drive success.
