As Head of New Business at Zone, the CX agency within Cognizant, I was responsible for leading the agency New Business team to hit ambitious revenue targets.

Following Zone’s acquisition by Cognizant in November 2017, I was selected as the named individual from Zone to execute on the key KPI of the Cognizant business case, to further accelerate Zone’s growth by leveraging the existing client base within Cognizant.

Commercial Integration Lead

I ran the day-to-day new business activity within Zone during a period of high growth for the agency. During this highly successful period, Zone was named 2016 Agency of the Year by BIMA and ranked in the Sunday Times Tech Track list of the fastest-growing technology businesses in the UK.

I spent 13 months working alongside the seven directors of Zone, learning first-hand how a £15m+ turnover business is run.

I’m an ECB Level 2 qualified cricket coach and I founded a cricket coaching company in Derbyshire, running cricket camps for children during my university holidays.

I worked as an intern on a data analysis project for one of the agency’s biggest clients, the whisky manufacturer Glenfiddich.

I worked alongside the Client Engagement Director at Oystercatchers to help plan for and organise the Oystercatchers Club event.

I managed private chalets for Lanson, Unilever and Deutsche Bank during the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.

I gained a place on the British Council Assistantship Programme as part of my year abroad from Newcastle University. My time was spent working at I.E.S. Padre Suarez, one of the leading secondary schools in Granada, Spain.
