Provide leadership for an established, 15+ year long-standing brand. Responsible for day-to-day responsibilities, including recruitment, development, handling insurance/damage claims, chemical cost analysis, and increasing sales. In my time at this position, I achieved record-breaking unlimited membership sales and doubled existing membership counts.

Managed and greatly improved five restaurant locations in 10 months through correct budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, hiring, and continually pushing customer service. Provide leadership for a new brand in a new market. Fully responsible for new store openings (NSO). Responsible for all decisions regarding marketing, staffing, training, and planning for the NSO.
