Hi, I'm Jim. I’m generally quiet, analytical, adaptable, resourceful, tenacious, gritty, curious, and a fast learner. I’ve also been known to be aloof, stubborn and at times socially awkward, especially at large social events. An INTP on the Myers-Briggs chart. My background is in environmental science, having launched, and then run a 20-person environmental consulting firm for more than 25 years. I‘ve also launched/managed a few software products over the years. Some successfully, some not so much. And pretty much all of my professional life I've hated 2 things: paper forms and cables. Don't know why...I just do. My most recent software venture is XForms. It’s a very modern mobile forms platform, summed up as “Any form, on any device, anywhere”. Geared for construction commissioning as well as field data collection use cases.
