Tenure highlighted by 15% enrollment growth, $3M+ stewarded to ensure fiscal solvency, and refinement of faculty/staff support, programs, operations, governance, marketing, and partnerships.

Provided inspired and strategic leadership of an 260-student PK-8th grade independent Episcopal school with a $3.5M operating budget guiding it through transformative growth. Partnering with a 15-member board of trustees, stewarded $2.5M+ to support inaugural campaign resulting in completion of new building and related initiatives. Drove 40% enrollment growth, strengthened academic and co-curricular program, improved compensation, refined operations and governance, contributed to regional boards and committees, and led pandemic response.
