I am a full-time mum and a part time entrepreneur. This role gives me the freedom to care for my children and at the same time, generate an income through sharing safe and effective supplements for health and beauty. Throughout this journey, I have the privilege of meeting many people and helping some of them to be healthier, happier and definitely more confident.

I’ve 18 years experience across various organizations in the insurance industry. My first 5 years as a management trainee gave me an overview of how management runs a business, and more importantly the value of Customer Service. 

In the next 3 years, I led a team in Group Operations to increase efficiency, and further grew my Customer Relationship skills in Sales Division. My next exposure was to Product Development and Marketing. Later, I joined the Business and Marketing Division where I did Project Management and qualified for PRINCEII certification. 

I was then scouted to head the Customer Management department because of my focus on customer-centricity. In these 3 years, I ran multiple projects to improve customer experience at all touch points (call center, emails and nationwide branches). This include implementing a nationwide customer service quality standard, a project on ‘humanizing correspondence’ to our customers, and improving the processes for our front liners to reduce turnaround time to customers. I was also given the opportunity to managed the 2 main branches (for customers and agents) in headquarters. 

My next exposure was into Advertising and Promotion for Bancassurance channel, where I managed the product calendar and budget, launched the first retirement app, the first ‘humanized’ brochures, the new high net worth customers' sales materials, and ran thematic campaigns for sales staff, staff and customers at branches and headquarters.

Management Trainee to Assistant Manager to Manager to Assistant Vice President 

I have been a mumpreneur for 8 years. Besides my growth as an entrepreneur, I love the flexibility to decide when and what i do. Prior to this, i worked 18 years as a corporate executive in the insurance industry, with experience in customer service, sales, project management and marketing.
