I was the Talent Lead for Parity Technologies working on building the in-house recruiting team and the in-house recruiting process from scratch. Recruitment, strategy and scalability needs for the in-house talent team was always the key focus for me at Parity. All things recruiting, people and learning related is my focus as I developed and grew the in-house talent function there.

Parity Technologies was founded in 2015 to build out an entirely new wave of protocols and tools for the future decentralised web aka Web3 based on blockchain technology. Parity’s co-founders include Ethereum’s original CTO, Dr. Gavin Wood, and Ethereum’s original Chief Security Officer, Dr. Jutta Steiner.

Parity envisions the future of the Web as decentralised and secure, giving users more agency and autonomy so that they can verify the systems that they’re increasingly relying on instead of having to trust promises by services’ providers.

I was the Senior Recruiter for the Community Operations business of Uber across all of EMEA. This diverse part of Uber's business manages the Customer Support and Customer Experience for all of Uber's products and customers. 

I worked across Talent areas of Strategy, Communications, Program Management, Data Analytics, Senior Leadership and Operations for Community Operations and I have hired candidates across 10 countries in the EMEA region.

I worked for Accenture based in Budapest as a specialist senior recruiter in IT across multiple platforms and technologies as well consulting on their current processes. I am helped to change certain processes to make the Budapest recruitment plans run smoother and also liaised with recruitment marketing teams too.

Prior to my Accenture Hungary project, I was working on the Accenture Unilever account's UK recruitment team covering the remits of IT, Finance and Marketing. 

I have 5 years experience within Recruitment, Executive Search and Talent areas of industry using a wide variety of tools and softwares from Salesforce and Taleo to SAP, including a Workday integration and roll out project globally.

Dairy Crest is the UK’s leading chilled dairy foods company. We manufacture a range of everyday dairy brands including the award-winning Cathedral City cheddar, Clover spread, Country Life butter and FRijj, the top selling flavoured milk drink in the UK.

These roles range in responsibilities but are based in the in depth knowledge of both the Functional and Technical aspects SAP and focus on such skills as FICO, Logistics, MM, WM, SCM, SRM and ABAP, Basis, Netweaver on the programming and development front.

I constantly try to network to gain more relationships with specialist candidates as well as try to build new relationships with clients that have specialist requirements and technical needs.
