This is not an employed position. I make indie games in my spare time; I find it fun and interesting, often focusing on optimisation and lower-end systems and somewhat even retro game programming sometimes, as I find all these areas interesting and challenging. It keeps me learning and adapting, I find game development a good overall use of skills in many areas, where I find my current broad degree subjects mathematics and separately Artificial Intelligence, I can really apply them to something actually made. Overall Game Developer of sorts would be a dream job of mine in some flexible or exact capacity therein.

AUTOMATION was a key part of this role.

Responsibilities:

- To process large quantities of information onto various databases through a team based effort.
- Utilising intermediate IT skills and Excel through automation tools and scripting to come up with beneficial automated solutions.
- Processing of fleet based logistical information.
- Completed UAT testing for implementation of Google products.
- Meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements by not making errors.

Achievements:

- Excellent research, analysis and investigatory skills.
- Reduce the Operations Claims to Rental Ratio through analysis of Customer Service information.
- Previous winner of employee of the month.
- Consistently hit key performance indicators.

Data Administrator

CUSTOMER SERVICE was a key part of this role.

Responsibilities:

- Placing of corporate rental reservations for our customers.
- Essential logistical problem solving to provide excellent customer service.
- Consistent support of our web based corporate reservation system.
- Information entry and analysis of any e-mail or fax based reservations.

Achievements:

- I was cross trained on a variety of systems.
- Trained other people on my team.
