As a FLETC certified instructor there are other duties as assigned outside of normal regulatory functions to include mentoring newly assigned inspectors that are receiving on the job training.  The enabling goal of mentorship is to ensure that inspectors receive consistent job related technical training, and guidance in incremental steps, commensurate with their individual skill and grade levels.
