In the business 25yrs.  Worked my way up to UW.  Have extensive experience in front and back end of industry.  Experience in wholesale, retail and correspondent.  I have obtained Title II approval / Full Eagle with FHA for two previous lenders (small companies only DE).  In the back end I have been QC for 7yrs and underwriter for ., done fraud reviews, non performing, scratch and dent, put backs, etc..  I obtained my DE in 2008
