I am the co CEO at Deployed, a start up backed by Microsoft Ventures. I’ve worked at the major UK banks as an interim consultant as Chief Operating Officer (COO) + in financial regulation as director of change, and most recently as interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at a Private Equity (PE) backed speciality financial services firm to successfully achieve their banking license. The company I co-founded is a Scope and Statement of Work Authoring platform to write, edit and publish clearly defined work for successful projects. I started Deployed as I saw that most of the people working for organisations in change were not actually staff, they were consultants and contractors working under statements of work, and projects were late, over budget and underwhelming. The root cause? Poor scope, bad collaboration and hard to navigate contracts. Our presignature® methodology we have developed is used by large Enterprises to solve this problem. We’ve trained 100s of commercial leaders and deployed our software to the largest companies in the world, to help them to be more successful, reduce costs by 25%, eliminate risk in their legal process and improve change portfolio productivity.
