Senior Data Analyst

• Ensures the right data, key insights and initiatives are developed and delivered in appropriate cadence for business leaders, general managers and sales leadership
• Am an advocate and representative for our sales team across systems, analytics, marketing and finance to ensure sustainable and efficient business processes are implemented
• Measures key sales performance metrics 
• Drives CRM accuracy, pipeline analytics, forecasting and ad hoc reporting requirements

Sales Operations

Oversee Lead Qualification:  
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to achieve revenue goals and other business level KPIs 
Monitor and govern, workflows and business processes based on best practices and business requirements 
Perform Quality Assurance activities on Opportunities generated by Lead Qualification Team 
Lead Qualification management 
Drive script/process improvements with Sales Management and Lead Qualification Services 
Maintain a queue for ongoing Lead Qualification projects as well as impromptu requests from marketing and sales stakeholders 
On-board new sales reps and marketing specialists on Lead Gen processes and SalesForce best practices
Collaborate closely with the demand generation and sales teams to help define, execute, and monitor lead flow process

Senior Revenue Marketing Specialist

Responsible for communicating with prospective customers who have shown an interest in WellSky (formerly Mediware) Products and/or Services.  

The Build and cultivate prospective relationships into a pipeline of qualified leads by answering questions and providing information on Products/Services as well as ask questions that will lead to developing a relationship that will generate a warm lead to the sales team.

Track all contacts and activity in our CRM database

Work with other marketing members to create and develop marketing communication deliverable.

Collaborate with marketing team to improve communication to prospective customer by contributing to the evaluation of previous campaigns successes.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of Mediware Information Systems portfolio of products.

Manage leads by tracking and following up with them.  Confirm all booked appointments via phone or email. Accurately track all activity in the CRM system.

Be responsive to the customers needs and follow through on all aspects of the requests both verbal and written. 

Understand the problems that prospective customers face, what they are doing to solve those problems without our solution and how our solution will impact them.

Monitor performance of entire team.

Provide feedback and coaching to other team members.

Responsible for leading, training  and mentoring a team of 10 lead development specialists.
