My academic background is Business Psychology and my first professional wellbeing role was at Virgin Media designing and implementing wellbeing programs that impacted over 12000 staff. I have since become a father and my driving purpose is to contribute to a future where employee wellbeing is at the heart of work. A world where my grown up children are proactively empowered by their employer to prevent ill health, but also rapidly supported to recover if ill health develops. This world doesn't yet exist for everyone. For this reason, I left Virgin Media after 12 years to scale up my impact on workplace wellbeing and today I have the privilege of working for a company that shares my purpose and already supports over 68 million lives and delivers care to someone around the world every ten seconds!
