At Lincoln Financial, I founded the data science job family and had the privilege of leading an incredible team of data scientists that empowered stakeholders across the business through the democratization of data and analysis. I have a proven track record of driving value by defining clear business impact in language stakeholders understand. In my spare time, I teach courses to empower stakeholders across the industry by helping them develop a deep understanding of advanced terminology and concepts to facilitate collaboration with data scientists in developing advanced analytical solutions. I also teach as an adjunct at Northeastern University to stay on top of new trends and to collaborate with the next generation of analytics professionals.
