Hey there, I’m Jamie. I'm an ex-tech recruiter with a Psychology degree, who's now a Head of Product/Front End Dev/bitofeverythingelse here at Wotter. Wotter was created with the aim of making work better for everyone. And with the help of a tiny push from a worldwide pandemic (and the deletion of £500k in upcoming revenue), it was born! The problem with Wotter being born, was that none of us had any clue about how to actually make the thing...Being an ex-recruiter, I'd only ever spoken to devs. So whilst I knew the lingo, building a useable product was something else. So, we headed over to Udemy to try and do something about that. I picked up a Web Dev course for the grand total of £12 and as a result, taught myself how to code and began building the platform that is helping companies maximise their employee engagement today. 3 years later and I'm still doing what I love.
