I am currently working as a producer at Connor-McClure Insurance services where I am licensed in property, casualty, life and health in both commercial and personal lines of business. I am dedicated to getting to know you as an individual and your business operations so that I may effectively communicate to underwriters why you and/or your business is a risk that they are going to be excited to write. I spent the past 4-5 years working as an Occupational Therapist treating all different types of physical, emotional and cognitive dysfunctions in the older adult population. The company I worked for was a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). This organization had a large continuum of care ranging from skilled nursing/sub-acute care to Independent Living as well as Assisted Living and a Memory Unit. I worked with individuals at all of these different levels and developed treatment interventions with the goal of allowing increased independence in participation of daily life activities through environmental/task modifications, adaptive techniques, compensatory strategies and more. I enjoyed my time there and plan on bringing the knowledge and skills I gained from my prior career into the insurance industry.
