Worked with early-stage to series A start ups to define their business, find product market fit, build their product and grow their engineering teams, culture and process.

Worked both tactically and strategically, filling the role of Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Tech Director and CTO across Hex and our clients as needed. Responsible for technical strategy of Hex and our clients, growing the product and engineering organisations and reporting to the board.

PayPal

Engineer for PayPal, designing and creating solutions for PayPal UK. Performing research on merchant's existing website and payment integrations, and presenting data-led solutions to improve checkout flow and conversion rates.

• Provided technical consulting to a portfolio of merchants, facilitating increased conversion and decreased cart abandonment. Supported and certified technical integrations
• Developed automated tool to produce one-pager decks, reducing wasted optimisation effort for rejected pitches from days to just minutes, while increasing productivity and gauging interest for new merchants
• Worked with XCode to rebuild prototype's of merchant's live apps, to demonstrate to them how PayPal would fit into their existing flow
• PayPal granted me a firm grasp of the Payments industry, as well as in-depth working knowledge of common PayPal products

Titanium Web Designs

Fullstack Developer with accountability for managing client relationships, controlling budgets and designing/developing websites and web applications for clients. Utilised HTML5, CSS3, PHP, jQuery and MySQL. 

•	Developed online organisation tool for staff and clients to improve company-client relationship and decrease the time required to interact with clients and explain updates. Employed as a Data Analyst whilst utilised as a software engineer; Improved existing systems throughout several sectors of the business, minimized query run times and created automated solutions to problems that were being solved manually.

• Refactored existing database and queries, reducing the running time of daily report generation from 6 hours to 40 minutes
