Als SEO Lead ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de SEO strategie voor Gradient en onze klanten. Daarnaast begeleid en ondersteun ik junior SEO specialisten, ben ik voor een aantal klanten verantwoordelijk als Accountmanager en regel ik de planning voor het team.

After a couple of months, I was promoted to Team Lead and Accountmanager at the Reputatiefabriek. I was responsible for a considerable amount of clients and of course my team.

At the Reputatiefabriek, I am responsible for improving the position of my clients on Google through different Online Marketing techniques. I learned a lot about Linkbuilding and writing SEO articles.

During my Graduation Internship, I was researching the Customer Journey at Berenschot. Interviewing customers, having a group discussion with UX-experts and doing a lot of desk research were all a part of my research. The target was to improve the Customer Journey and the new launched website Berenschot.nl.

After my Internship at ING, I returned to Flipbase to start as an Online Marketeer. During this period, I had the chance to develop my experience with Online Marketing, with the focus on SEO. Shortly after I joined, our new website was deployed. This gave me many opportunities to combine my knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics with a nice and challenging project.

During my internship at ING Netherlands, I was mainly involved in Marketing, Social Media and Google Analytics. Besides that, I managed the LinkedIn account of ING Netherlands. My research was all about Google Analytics and how to it could help understanding the users on the careers website.

Employer Branding Intern

As the Chairman of the Intern Board, I was responsible for all events organized by the Intern Board for all interns. I had to set up and chair meetings, lead the Board and their members and be in control of the budget. Together with four other interns, we came up with initiatives like an Online LinkedIn Workshop for all interns of ING Netherlands. Especially in the times during the Coronavirus, we had to come up with new ideas.

During my time at Flipbase, I was a Growth Specialist and responsible for B2B Sales. This included emailing, calling, having online video meetings and physical appointments to talk about Flipbase's technology.

The mission of Flipbase is to integrate video in the every day work of recruitment professionals. Their technology allows you to apply video communication in any stage of your recruitment process; making it more efficient, personal and fun.

My responsibilities at The Sting were helping customers, ensuring the store had a nice appearance, processing the clothing and performing checkout operations.

19 January 2019, I received the award "Best Salesman of the year 2018" from my team.

Since 1982, THE STING Companies has grown into the largest Dutch fashion retailer with different formulas: THE STING, Costes, Distrikt Nørrebro and Cotton Club.
