Myth: More Keywords = Better Campaign Performance.
Reality: Quality Over Quantity!

In 70% of my Google Ads account audits, I consistently see the practice of randomly stacking a large number of keywords and auto-apply recommendations to add them, It's the worst.

It's an easy equation: The more keywords you add, the more money you need to spend and the more time it takes to see results. In most of these scenarios, I've observed that keywords didn't get the chance to be tested, resulting in wasted money on irrelevant keywords, and keywords limited by Quality Score (QS), among other issues.
 
It's important to know that including a large number of keywords automatically won't improve campaign performance. However, focusing on a targeted and relevant keyword list is often more effective.

By prioritizing quality over quantity when choosing keywords, you can optimize your campaigns for better results.

According to industry sources, Meta might be launching ads on its text-based social media platform as early as this year.

This is a big move for Meta, positioning Threads as a serious competitor to platforms like Elon Musk's X (formerly Twitter).  While details are still under wraps, it seems Meta is confident Threads is gaining traction, potentially reaching its ambitious goal of 1 billion users.

- This is especially true for Shopping ads (both standard and PMax), which saw the biggest CPC increase.
- For retailers, it's even worse: CPCs have jumped 40-50% in the past five years!

The good news? PMax is getting better.

Performance Max campaigns are showing improvement:
- Conversion rates are only 5% lower than standard Shopping campaigns, a significant improvement from last year.
- PMax CPCs are also 2% lower than standard Shopping campaigns.

Moreover, there's a noticeable uptick in PMax adoption:
