Main point of contact and client advocate remotely for a full-service marketing firm in Atlanta. Lead and grow accounts for clients that range from enterprise B2B to Global manufacturing and niche B2C goods in a wide range of channels.

Some examples of services rendered: Social media management, thought leadership, earned media, blogs and SEO, video, digital ads, event management, and full website builds. Full branding/rebranding or M&A activity including company naming, logo design, rollout and comms strategy, trade show booth design, etc.
 
Run weekly Zoom calls with clients to develop and cover strategy and touch base on goals and current landscape with their business in order to drive marketing activities that would benefit them most. Client’s industries included manufacturing, fintech, executive coaching.

Sales driven role with support as it's backbone. Building relationships is essential to gaining business. Honesty and integrity pays off with my clientele. 

Many years of sales success in this role. Twice a Summit award winner, an achievement only awarded to the top performers in a 7 state territory. Many territories had greater population density, affluence, network coverage, reputation, and loyalty dating back many years. I managed to make the list back to back years being one of 2 to make it in my state one year, and the only one in my state the year following.

One of my most notable sales successes in the business sector was a deal secured for a company to the tune of 105 lines. A director that had been a consumer client of mine for years was put in charge of reviewing their wireless account. She had me construct a quote and plan for he business, and insisted I conduct the sale. I was present years later at her wedding.

I completed the Management development program upon invitation in 2014, and have been to 4 customer's weddings since my initial hire at at&t. I consider this to be the most significant testament to my relationship building abilities.

Designing and running tests for cable modems and head ends (CMTS) for manufacturers prior to submitting to industry certification. The lab would ensure products met certification before $100k+ nonrefundable certification testing.

I worked alone and in teams to develop and run testing. Coding, terminating cable, building patch panels, and using EE equipment was the initial main focus of this role. Eventually, I discovered I enjoyed, and was more talented at building and maintaining relationships with our vendors in order to keep business with our lab. My love for sales and relationship management developed from this job.
