As the Head of Private Placement & Acquisition Advisory (PPA) at Nordic Innovators, I lead a team of corporate finance professionals who assist clients with equity, debt, and grant financing, as well as sell-side acquisitions. We leverage our proprietary network of financial and strategic investors, both in Norway and the EU, to help our clients achieve their growth and exit goals. I have a strong background in strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with a Master's degree from Aarhus University, a specialisation from Copenhagen Business School and certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. I am passionate about M&A, deal advisory and corporate venturing, and have contributed to several successful projects in these domains.
