•	Responsible for identification of opportunities for automation of processes/tools for multiple teams across the department(10K+ savings monthly).
•	Leading automation implementation, creating the report structure to track the savings, basic agile methodology used to create the RPA.

•	Responsible for facilitating and supporting the implementation of global customer designed solutions across all AT&T service lines including eVPN, GMIS, ANIRA, Voice and Remote access requirements
•	Leading and executing customer enablement projects of considerable complexity and, when applicable, associated project teams on an international level, maintaining a close contact and managing the customer expectation for whom the AT&T services are enabled, using escalations when required
•	Leading and executing enablement activities (possible sub-projects) and associated responsibilities which are part of a wider over-all enablement project; managing dependencies for projects

•	Ownership and responsibility for the physical installation and implementation of EVPN (AT&T’s flagship MPLS VPN offering) for global blue chip clients 
•	Responsible for customer activities across all stages of the delivery process, from project receipt to billing 
•	Proactive planning on delivery, risk evaluation, coordinating work of other teams in order to achieve customer’s satisfaction, escalating when required to ensure timely delivery

•	Operating as an active team player for resolving problems and instrumental in developing ongoing customer relationships
•	Creating of a training for new-comers to facilitate earlier performance
