Working in the Department of Student Affairs Operations, Staff Professional Development and Coaching, create training and development opportunities for current staff, onboard new staff, and provide change management and culture change leadership throughout the division. Serve as lead and trainer for the team of selected Student Affairs Training Fellows Cohort .
In addition, continue to represent the department of Student Support Services in the Workday Student implementation process, and serve as Honors Advisor and Honors Student Organization Advisor.

Teach and facilitate courses for K – 8th grade students. Courses include: Journalism, Creative Writing, Non-Fiction Writing, Rewriting Novels, Pre-Algebra, Science of Spy Craft, Philosophy for Kids, Mind-Molding Math, PSAT Verbal, and Psychology. Organize lesson plans to facilitate an educational and fun learning experience while remaining flexible in order to meet daily classroom needs and adapt to student needs. 6-week Summer sessions, 9-weekend Fall/Spring sessions.

Work in groups and one-on-one with students in English and the Social Sciences, specifically in: History, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, and Education.

Facilitate study groups associated with specific course sections. Assist students in achieving success through study skill education and content integration into learning styles. As a supervisor, facilitate weekly training in order to assist leaders in developing their skills as an SI Leader and working with diverse student populations.

Supplemental Instruction Leader & Supervisor

Assist students with basic degree planning and course scheduling. Direct students to their assigned advisor as needed for career planning and advanced discussions. During peak registration, organize advisor meetings in order to streamline the advising process.
