I've been passionate about computers and the internet since I was young, starting with a Geocities site where I showcased my pixel art. I meticulously maintained it using HTML and CSS. When Geocities shut down, I forgot how much I loved building and maintaining websites, though that passion never left me. In 2021, after working various jobs that didn’t feel like a career, I decided to return to programming. I started by taking courses in SQL, C, and Python. A disagreement with my institution led me to leave the program, but I gained valuable experience working on trial-basis employment with a group of freelancers, many of whom were 42 San Francisco bootcamp alumni. While working with them, I learned beyond the curriculum of resources like The Odin Project, contributing as a full-stack developer to a range of projects that grew and evolved over time. Much of the work focused on blockchain technology during its 2021 boom, exposing me to smart contracts, Ethereum, and Binance. After gaining this experience, I sought out my own clients, primarily musicians in need of EPKs. I used tools like Webflow to ensure clients had control over their projects. In 2023, I decided to pursue formal education in Computer Science at WGU, further strengthening my technical foundation. Proficient in Python and driven by an insatiable curiosity, I am passionate about solving problems and building solutions. My love for learning fuels my journey in tech, and I’m eager to make meaningful contributions to projects.
