At BroadStaff, we pride ourselves as a “Just In Time” recruitment firm by working diligently to place candidates within 7-10 days of initial client request.  We are well versed in the Telecommunications and Technology Industry and focus all our time and effort into finding candidates who only possess the most "in demand" and emerging wireless skill sets for our clients.

EVP, Recruitment and Development 

Responsibilities:
•	Develop and implement programs and procedures for recruitment, selection, job placement and training.
•	Supervise, direct, and mentor the Recruitment and Sourcing Teams.
•	Determine Internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.
•	Work closely with the Account Executives and Sales teams to determine qualified job requisitions.

Director Of Recruitment and Training

•	Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and various other recruiting databases.
•	Contacting potential candidates to discuss opportunities in response to both a connection or “cold call.”
•	Conduct behavior based interviews to determine candidate's true fit for the position.
•	Provide candidates coaching on interview preparation.
•	Utilize the Applicant Tracking System, Bullhorn, to track candidate from initial contact to submission.
•       Job offering of candidates, including new hire paperwork and governmental forms.

Senior Recruiter

•	Completed Instructional Design Materials including: facilitator materials, presentation slides, handouts, other visual materials and Captivate Web Based Training Programs.  
•	Offer training programs to educate internal and external clients on software applications to improve job skills using a variety of instructional techniques including: classroom, virtual, live software interaction and Web Based Training
•	Prepare education database to ensure effective training examples and data configurations are built.
•	Assess training needs through consultation with both IBM Implementation teams and client representatives and provide post education coaching to solve results anomalies.

Education Consultant, IBM Commerce

Macy's

•	Conferred with management to identify training needs based on performance results and other factors.
•	Designed specific education programs and provided training using multiple instructional platforms.
•	Trained management in techniques to coach employees with performance development needs.  Provided alternative methods if expected improvements were not seen.
•	Conducted personal business and leadership coaching for both mid-level and senior store management's professional development.

District Manager, Learning and Development

•	Managed the Selling and Service training for 60 stores by monitoring training activities for program effectiveness.
•	Selected and assigned instructors to conduct training.  Evaluated performance by providing feedback and coaching.
•	Rolled out and trained user capabilities of POS register systems to over 10,000 employees.
•	Managed the Corporate Communications department including responsibility for training video production, internal corporate newsletter creation and production and product information meeting planning.
*****Worked at another company for 3 years from 2000-2003 not related to retail.

I recently had the privilege of attending my first Indeed Leadership Connect meeting. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet numerous talented colleagues and engage in discussions about the pressing issues facing Talent Acquisition organizations today, from the transformative effects of AI to the complexities of Multi-Generational DEI and ways to improve global work dynamics.
