	In charge of developing domestic distribution network of more than 20 partners, expanding large scale export activities, maintaining relationship with key Clients and contract negotiations. 

Achievements:

During 11-year experience (07.1999 – 02.2010) in private family-run business succeeded in:
-	building sustainable and consistent channel strategy for Madex (100% of distribution increased, 50% of sales achieved via new channels)
-	expanding company sales territory outside Poland by developed partnerships with dealers in Russia, Ukraine, Latvia and Lithuania adding 25% of total sales growth
-	developing of new product range incl. multi-pair and outdoor data cables (resulting in 40% of sales growth)
-	implementing of relationship tools and incentive programs for partners, incl. various promotions, team building activities, group excursions etc.
