Worked on RBS, delivering print and online internal communication materials for UK Retail staff incl. monthly strategy e-magazine, and training and support collateral/assets - covering events and initiatives, coordinating distribution when required. 

Engine (4 mos):
Delivered CRM, eCRM and DM for BMW Group UK (BMW, BMW Financial Services, MINI Financial Services).

MRM McCann (4 mos):
Worked on Homebase, delivering tactical DM (corporate event, redemption, trigger) as part of their loyalty programme with Nectar. Included secondment as an interim Campaign Account Manager - with two direct reports; helped to facilitate new processes as part of a transition to deliver loyalty communications in-house.

Worked on the Junior ISA product launch for OneFamily, and the rebrand of Audley (developers and managers of luxury retirement villages). Activity included DM, door drops, data, press (regional and national), press inserts, email and web banners.

Account Manager, Digital & Direct

It all began at Wegener DM (acquired by Data Locator Group), providing a grounding in data, in a consumer lifestyle capacity - everything from lists to counts, surveys to profiling, and data supply. I then moved into (agency) client services and have since worked in a variety of agencies, from OgilvyOne to boutique OTM (now Definition) - including a secondment client-side.

Sector experience includes financial services (OneFamily, RBS, Volkswagen Financial Services), charity (British Heart Foundation), automotive (BMW Group, Ford, Volkswagen) and retail (Homebase).
