As part of the NSW Government Specialist team, I am a specialist policy consultant within the public policy, project, and strategy team for professionals across NSW Government. Our public sector business spans more than 25 years working across local, state and federal government. 

My primary recruitment areas are:

Senior Consultant

At Randstad Business Support, I am responsible for the recruitment of office support positions both contract and permanent, ranging from administration through to office manager positions, across Federal government and NFP organisations.

Through my ability in adopting strong candidate sourcing skills it has enabled me to have effective client/candidate matching strategies so that my clients have access to the best talent available in the Western Suburbs market.

My highest priority is to create long lasting relationships with existing clients, finding the right candidates for the right role, and to build high quality, long term relationships with both clients and candidates.

As a Consultant for Randstad Business Support, I manage the ongoing and sustainable growth of client accounts and candidate relationships, through the recruitment of temporary and permanent positions for Federal Government, NSW State Government and a number of not-for-profit organisations.

* Sourcing candidates and filling temporary and permanent positions, and providing solutions to assist clients and candidates with their employment needs
* Initiate a range of candidate sourcing activities, publishing vacancies, networking and conducting referrals to ensure a regular supply of candidates
* Keep abreast of market information submitted from candidates and clients, and sustaining or initiating new working relationships
* Manage the sourcing process, including sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates
* Provide advice to candidates on salary levels, skill requirements and market information
* Administration and reporting as required

* Formulate a candidate attraction strategy to support the achievement of interview KPI’s
* Initiate a range of candidate sourcing activities, publishing vacancies, networking and conducting referrals to ensure a regular supply of candidates
* Keep abreast of market information submitted from candidates and passing on to the sales team
* Manage the sourcing process, including sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates
* Provide advice to candidates on salary levels, skill requirements and market information
