Duties Involved within this role:
•	Maintaining documentation both Hardcopy and Electronic within Documentum for future records for overall compliance of Yarwun 2 Project; 
•	 Working with Management / Area Leads / Contractors to create Dossier/ Work pack information to use when commissioning is in full production onsite, 
•	QA monitored to ensure that all relevant information is current and correct for use.   Working with  Management reporting on a weekly and monthly basis for Manning,
•	 Punch lists (Risk Reviews) and Turnover Tracking of Facility areas handed over from the contractor.   Creating registers and work procedures for future project work within Rio such as Y3 expansion.   
•	Close Out.  (Transitioned to Contract Management Team)
