Determine participant eligibility for social services, providing referrals and follow-up with clients. Maintain clinical research records and document client progress over 12-week study interval. Participate in clinical case conference meetings. Maintain adherence to the study intervention: Problem Solving Therapy with case management.

Maintain documentation through Allscripts (Misys) computer charting software. Coordinate discharge planning at the Bruns House Inpatient Unit. Counsel patients and families on the end of life and dying process.

Summer position while in graduate school. Outreach Coordinator: Contact local Employee Assistance Programs, WorkLife Programs, & Human Resources to encourage referrals from caregiving employees. Schedule job site workshops & informational booths. Design reports on outreach outcomes & survey data from a teleconference workshop. 
Family Consultant: conduct follow-up calls to assess current caregiving status & needs. Provide caregivers with emotional support, education, & resources.
