I am a global citizen, executive coach, and leadership & learning program architect. Most recently, I spent almost eight years at Boeing where I developed and delivered leadership programs for over 1000 aviation leaders from more than 20 airlines and government bodies in China and India. Before that I was an independent executive coach and consultant in communication and team performance. In the late 2000s, I was acting director of a European foundation focused on arts & culture, education and regional development in Central Europe.

Currently, my coaching is enhanced by study of psychedelic medicine and Internal Family Systems therapy methodology as two powerful avenues for healing and improving mental health. This is a growing focus area in my career.

I have lived and/or worked on 5 continents and speak 6 languages, which gives me a particular kind of empathy and skills to offer to bi-cultural leaders, those dealing with international and multicultural teams and anyone who is relocating internationally.

I also consult to teams to help them re-establish trust, cultivate connection and develop their emotional intelligence. Above all, I value human connection, excellence, humor and creativity at work and in life.
