"Hello My Name is Human." What does that mean? If you met me at a meeting, conference or trade show, you would likely not remember my name, but you would remember how I made you feel. I’ve been described as a heart-centric entrepreneur, but known for the missions and human projects that I have fueled over 38 years.. I'm honoured by the acknowledgements and awards that have been bestowed, but those don't define me. At the core, I am an entrepresenur, a risk taker, teacher, coach and mentor. I have priviledge and share it with others who need support with their mental health. My community at Event Minds Matter grew out of a compassion and concern for the next generation of event, meeting, hospitality and travel professionals. I lead 20 like-minded professionals who volunteer their time as I do to change the conversation on mental health in an industry fraught by stress., anxiety and burn-out. Since 2022, I have written on mental health and wellness, created content for The Meeting Professional,, and Smart Meetings magazine. I also enjoy writing content about anything of interest but particularly trends within the industry. Speaking and facilitating conversation is a passion and I relish the opportunity to provide purpose and value to anything that will support human capital within an organization. I am certified in peer support, emotional and positive intelligence and gained my Virtual Event Meeting Management certificate in 2020.. I have pioneered two highly successful businesses of which both were sold successfully. Only Accessories & The Idea Hunter. Cardinale Creative was born in January of 2021 as a creative vehicle for industry professionals to share ideas that are anything but ordinary. As a wordsmith and creative junkie, I have devoted a lifetime to sharing, collaborating, designing, decorating and building long lasting and significant relationships with like-minded event humans who have touch my life through association. Event Minds Matter was founded in February 2022. A community of like minded event professionals committed to creating thought leadership and a new culture. I dedicate time and volunteer as the board chair on the Event Management and Creative Design program at Seneca Polytechnic in Toronto. My reputation has been built on relationships and networks over 38 years. I have served in professional assocations for many years at MPI, ILEA and Destination Toronto. My ideas continue to ganer attention and are driven by pure imagination and innovativation. I love Events, I Love People and I am Grateful
