As an accomplished senior account executive with 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and project management, I have proven my drive for distinctive success with excellence. I’m a thought leader who wears many hats, effectively juggling competence with compassion. While earning my first college degree (B.S. in Marketing), I started my sales career. Unrelentless about helping others, I loved serving customers and enjoyed training coworkers. I earned my MBA and became a senior sales account executive with leading regional and international companies. Acquiring and applying business knowledge at lightning speed, I developed a strong business acumen and achieved success selling complex solutions. After selling and managing a $2 million project from start to finish, I launched myself into the world of Project Management. Project Management After obtaining my MPM (Master’s in Project Management) I scored the renaming / rebranding project for Select Comfort, who became Sleep Number. After gathering research and assessing risk, I planned, guided and managed the project to success. A lifelong leader, I enjoy connecting, influencing and supporting people. While managing the hospice care of a family member, I volunteered with Project Management Institute (PMI). Serving on the board for three years, I recruited new members, rebuilt committees and expanded membership by 17% and volunteers by 33%. SaaS Time away from sales made me realize that I missed the drive to take action, hunt down prospects and establish relationships. Forging ahead into the world of SaaS, I’m bringing along years of sales expertise, and lifelong tools of curiosity, adaptability and resourcefulness. Besides a B.S. in Marketing and two Master’s degrees, I have completed Aspireship’s Flagship Course, Dale Carnegie Sales Training, Carew International Sales Training, and SPIN Selling. I also finished in the top 10% of the SaaS Sales Foundations Course. Who I Am As a product of the child welfare system and foster care, I was the first one in my family to go to college. Through a challenging childhood, I acquired loads of grit, resilience, and a can-do attitude. My early background has gifted me with an innate self-awareness, forgiveness and strength in issues of diversity. Anyone who knows me knows that I keep my word, I support the underdog and I love a good conversation. When I am not working or volunteering, you might find me raising a crop of tomatoes, playing a round of golf, cooking soup from scratch, or cruising scenic back roads and bluffs on my motorcycle.
