The beauty of marketing is that it ignites both sides of the brain, and as it, marketing wouldn’t work as well if both parts didn’t cooperate. This is what I love and what fascinates me about this career path, it allows me to bring creativity and cold strategy/analytical thinking to the table. I recently graduated in Business Administration and I’m currently waiting to kick off my Master’s in Marketing, but I’m not just waiting for September to come, I’m exploiting the time I’ve got by studying and improving my skills through courses (mainly focused on Digital Marketing, Innovation, Project Management) and personal projects. During my bachelor’s I had the opportunity to join different associations that allowed me to develop a wide range of skills, both soft and hard. Among the others, AIESEC, the largest youth association in the world, was the one that impacted me the most. My career as Vice president Marketing, HR and finally President (for a short period of time) gave me the opportunity to lead teams, build strategies from the ground up, impact my city with projects aimed to build a better future, make precious friendships, visit foreign countries and many other amazing things. Another priceless experience was my role as Business Analyst Student in the Italian Institute of Technology, in which I had the opportunity to work with the top researchers in the field of innovation, developing a Business Plan to bring their project to the market. Market research, data collection and analysis, positing and planning were all part of this job. All these experiences helped me develop a strong sense of duty, responsibility, and most of all leadership that I bring in everything I do. Outside the professional sphere, I’m a person that loves exploring and trying new things, I like reading, I like to work out, watch TV series and using software for Content Creation like Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
