I am a Certified Meditation Teacher in the insight meditation (Vipassana) tradition by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and offer Mindfulness Meditation 1:1 coaching, group sessions, online classes, live events, and in-person retreats. I also practice Vajrayana Buddhism.
