Lead Contract Analyst

MASPED Capital Ltd. and MAFIT Hungarian Property Financing Ltd

MASPED Capital and MAFIT were members of the MASPED group with financial lease, corporate finance and mortgage activities. My main role was to develop and fulfill a crisis management strategy in both enterprises.

As a result of successful crisis management, the operation and financial situation of MASPED Capital was stabilized and the company was sold. MAFIT successfully avoided bankruptcy, and the company came to an agreement with its main creditors (a large international bank and the Hungraian tax authority).

Member companies included two financial enterprises (IA role ended in Jan 2008), joint ventures with DB Schenker and other forwarding, logistics and property management companies.
