Development of a special interest social network (for fans of old- and youngtimers) with Ruby on Rails My role: IT management, completion and launch of the portal, which was at best half-finished when I started. After the separation from the previous development team (remote) I took over the completion of the portal with a minimal team (2 PTE).

Integration of an Indian development team (gatewaytechnolabs.com) to accelerate the implementation. Training of these developers in the use of Rails (a total of 4 weeks on site in Ahmedabad). Management of the cultural differences between the teams in Hamburg and Ahmedabad.

Launch of the portal in Time (before the expiry of a deadline agreed with the investors and proven with penalty). This merit was rewarded with my participation in the company.
