Cover letter I consider myself to be a highly ambitious, motivated and hardworking individual with a positive and determined approach to securing full time employment. I have almost 10 years experience in a wide range of jobs including retail, customer service, administration and Care giving. The diversity of my work experience to date has equipped me with a multitude of transferable skills that can be applied to most areas of employment. Working in a busy call centre, I know firsthand the importance of teamwork, routine and working under pressure. I consider my communication and interpersonal skills to be one of my main strengths and have always enjoyed roles involving customer interaction.
