I oversee the managing, on-going strategic relationship and further development of our high value retail.com clients. I work with and mentor each retail.com account manager. I review each account benchmarking progress on a quarterly basis, gathering program measurements, tracking, and analyzing the data to ensure development of the business at our agreed levels.

My other responsibilities in this role include:

Manage the implementation and launch of new accounts

Oversee business operations of all on-line concepts, with an emphasis on responsiveness, quality, and customer experience

Execute a true Multi-Channel strategy, including, links to brick and mortar stores

Manage client feedback and pushback when appropriate and necessary

Coordinate with internal departments (eg. Marketing, Information Technology, Merchandising, Store Operations) to ensure alignment to corporate goals

Lead creative development efforts to optimize online customer user experiences

VP, Wholesale E-Commerce

I am responsible for developing and managing ICON's sponsorships along with an activation program for each sponsored event. These can include but are not limited to marathons, running relays, triathlons, road bike races and a variety of charity events. I am constantly working to develop marketing tools and ideas that will support ICON's products while also developing marketing propositions and leveraging each sponsorship. 

Some of my other responsibilities in this position include:

Managing the relationship with each race director or corporate partnership director and board members if applicable.

Generate creative concepts to innovate and refresh the tools available to activate the partnership with each sponsorship.

Measuring the effectiveness and value of the key sponsorship activation activities. 

Measuring direct ROI we can link back to the sponsorship.

Attending the majority of the events.

Managing annual budget planning and allocation for events and sponsorship.

Sr. Sponsorships and Activation Manager

I was responsible for targeting prospective new clients, as well as working with existing clients to help them further develop their online business. Was responsible for overseeing client accounts from initial enrollment, as well as consulting throughout the relationship.

Account Manager

Handled inbound sales queries. Responsible for completing and ensuring information for all sales quotes and all sales documents were accurate. Compiled lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from advertising inquiries, direct mail responses, trade shows, business directories, internet web sites and other sources. Answered phone calls to potential and existing customers by telephone, fax, or e-mail to sell products and services. Emphasized features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepared sales orders. Estimated date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules. Prepared business transactions and reports.
