•     Created and managed multi-stakeholder organization and events which led to $13mm Water Reclamation trial project.
•     Led rebranding and transformation of Water Policy initiative to Know Your H20, an internationally utilized water education platform.
•     Provide strategic advice and direction on grassroots environmental campaigns, organizational direction and facilitated relationships between environmental groups in San Diego County.

Rising Tide Partners designs and manages meaningful and measurable public & environmental outreach campaigns for special districts, local government, and NGOs. 

•	Founded, bootstrapped, grew and exited the company at a 50% premium to industry standard.
•	Developed stakeholder partnerships to help clients secure $5MM in clean water infrastructure funds. 
•	Generated organic B2G revenue growth through winning recurring contracts with municipalities, 
Joint Powers Authorities, and Special Districts. 
•	Won recurring annual and multi-year contracts at a 100% renewal rate.
•	Drove full municipal sales cycle including RFP responses, contract negotiation, board presentations, and regular progress reporting.
•	Hired and led a team of five consultants to manage multi stakeholder public outreach campaigns, creating and promoting diverse print, in person, video and digital campaigns.
•	Multiple clients awarded multiple Regional & State level industry awards and recognitions.

Below The Surface

Below the Surface is a non-profit organization dedicated to the exploration of and education about the issues surrounding water. 

•	Secured $200,000 in project specific startup funding and negotiated collaborative research agreements with the USGS and US EPA to enhance mutual organizational initiatives.  
•	Organized and outfitted multiple expedition teams to launch the beta app and successfully gathered and integrated over 4,000 images of 4,000 miles of rivers and coastline.
•	Featured in the New York Times, Outside Magazine, Sacramento Bee, on Outside TV and multiple mid to small market media outlets. 
•	Featured as Outside Magazine Reader of the Year and Chief Inspiration Officer in 2011. 
•	Developed technology partnership with Google Developer Relations to provide guidance on API integration with Google Maps and advice on app development. 
•	Initiated and developed strategic partnerships with the US Geological Survey and US Environmental Protection Agency.  
•	Secured recurring annual financial and product sponsorships from Keen Footwear, Clif Bar and Goal Zero for all team members.
