As WW CHRO, Partnered with shareholders, board of directors and executive leadership in the growth of the business through its formative and transitional years including the company's early years under private equity ownership, multiple M&A transactions, building a high performing leadership team and workforce, as well as exiting private equity through transaction to Accenture in a short 5 year timeframe (pre-diligence, diligence, post merger integration). Oversaw end-to-end HR strategy/planning, programs and execution as well as many components of operational efficiency that crossed HR, finance and production/delivery across 18 locations in 8 countries spanning North, South and Central America, Europe and Asia.
