Led Global Talent Experience team(HR) for the leading content production company offering one of the largest advertising/marketing production studio networks in the world comprised of a dedicated team of accomplished creative directors, graphic artists, copywriters, filmmakers, photographers, directors, motion designers, software engineers and specialists. 

As WW CHRO, Partnered with shareholders, board of directors and executive leadership in the growth of the business through its formative and transitional years including the company's early years under private equity ownership, multiple M&A transactions, building a high performing leadership team and workforce, as well as exiting private equity through transaction to Accenture in a short 5 year timeframe (pre-diligence, diligence, post merger integration). Oversaw end-to-end HR strategy/planning, programs and execution as well as many components of operational efficiency that crossed HR, finance and production/delivery across 18 locations in 8 countries spanning North, South and Central America, Europe and Asia.
