We partner with Indiana-based startups, ETA professionals, and small to lower middle-market business owners to bring investor-grade clarity and sleeves-rolled-up execution to every phase of growth. 

Believing finance should be as entrepreneurial as the companies it serves, I founded LIMESTONE Strategic Partners to deliver fractional CFO services, strategic M&A support, and hands-on operating execution.Our work often includes preparing startups to secure their first outside capital and build lasting financial infrastructure, guiding ETA professionals through acquisitions and their critical first 100 days, and helping founder-led lower middle-market companies optimize operations ahead of a sale. 

The common thread is active execution: we craft the financial story investors expect, stay deeply engaged in operational details, and ensure plans function effectively in real-time.My career spans corporate strategy, equity research, and private equity, giving me unique insight into how capital providers evaluate opportunities and how operators create value. I have led strategic growth initiatives at a nine-billion-dollar RIA, developed investment theses as a buy-side analyst, and executed M&A transactions and operational improvements within private-equity portfolios.

Beyond client engagements, I have served two-term presidencies at both the CFA Society Indianapolis and Young Professionals of Central Indiana, expanding reach, engagement, and governance. These experiences reinforced my belief in servant leadership and the importance of aligning vision with decisive action.

What drives me is creating lasting impact—helping entrepreneurial companies grow with purpose, supporting the visionary people behind them, and contributing to stronger, more resilient communities. Last month we hosted the first OWN Indiana meetup at the Carmel American Legion. About 50 business owners, founders, acquisition entrepreneurs, and investor-operators in one room. It was a bigger success than we imagined, especially for a bootstrapped effort, which told us the demand for this kind of network is real.

Over my past 20 months of entrepreneurship and working with entrepreneurs and business owners, it became clear that three groups lacked a place to regularly meet and learn from each other: people actively searching for or buying a business they plan to run, small and medium-sized business owners in the trenches every day, and Main Street founders building from scratch. These groups have more overlap than differences and can genuinely help each other, not just during the search phase, but long after a deal closes and the real work begins. 

That's why we started the Indiana Owner Operator Network.

At its core, this group is for the doers, the executors, and the risk takers of the business community. The people who sign on the front and back of the check. That's what owner-operator means to us.

The word is spreading, but I'd love my network's help getting it in front of more owner-operators who would benefit from a room like this.

A few updates:

Our next event is next Thursday at another American Legion in the Indy area. We picked the Legion format intentionally. It fits what this network is and what we want it to be about. If you or someone you know might be a fit, happy to talk.

Right now we're keeping events focused on our core members: owners, operators, founders, and active acquirers. But we know the broader ecosystem of lawyers, brokers, lenders, and advisors matters too. We just believe it's critical to get the core right first, and I hope our ecosystem friends understand that. 

We want OWN to be a strong home for operators before we open the doors wider. That's why we're pre-announcing our April Industry Night, which will be fully open to the full ecosystem. Our plan for the year is a split: some events reserved for business owners and operators, others that bring the whole community together.

Excited to keep building this alongside Kevin King and Carlos Garcia(FMVA, PMI). We'll be getting others more involved with leadership soon!

I’m passionate about challenging the status quo and driving growth across organizations, both in my professional and community involvement roles. Over my 10+ years of experience across wealth management, investment management, and private equity, I’ve specialized in crafting and executing strategic initiatives that elevate businesses and organizations to new heights.

As the founder of LIMESTONE Strategic Partners, I recognized an opportunity to offer boutique and emerging RIAs and asset managers the kind of in-house, hands-on strategic growth support typically reserved for larger firms that can rationalize hiring full-time leadership positions to help drive the business forward. 

With the democratization of so many firm resources, I believe boutique firms are uniquely positioned to continue to thrive. My mission is to help them unlock that potential through a fractional strategic growth partnership—bringing financial strategy, strategic planning, and growth execution together under one roof.

But my career isn’t just about the technical side of things. I’m deeply committed to community engagement and leadership. As the President of both CFA Society Indianapolis and Young Professionals of Central Indiana (YPCI), I transformed and accelerated the growth of these organizations, significantly expanding their impact. These experiences reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration and connecting with forward-thinking professionals to turn ambitious ideas into reality.
