Over my 10+ years of experience across wealth management, investment management, and private equity, I’ve specialized in crafting and executing strategic initiatives that elevate businesses and organizations to new heights. As the founder of LIMESTONE Strategic Partners, I recognized an opportunity to offer boutique and emerging RIAs and asset managers the kind of in-house, hands-on strategic growth support typically reserved for larger firms that can rationalize hiring full-time leadership positions to help drive the business forward. With the democratization of so many firm resources, I believe boutique firms are uniquely positioned to continue to thrive. My mission is to help them unlock that potential through a fractional strategic growth partnership—bringing financial strategy, strategic planning, and growth execution together under one roof. But my career isn’t just about the technical side of things. I’m deeply committed to community engagement and leadership. As the President of both CFA Society Indianapolis and Young Professionals of Central Indiana (YPCI), I transformed and accelerated the growth of these organizations, significantly expanding their impact. These experiences reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration and connecting with forward-thinking professionals to turn ambitious ideas into reality.
