Over the past 9 years I have been an integral part of a startup company that had just received series B funding, in our efforts to grow, mature, go public and be taken private. We scaled from $100M to ~$500M in my time there. I served in multiple go to market roles. I was an account manager in international sales. I excelled in sales development as an individual contributor, leader, including scaling a team internationally (Ireland, India, Australia), I was a member of the marketing executive team during our IPO and helped drive top of funnel growth during that time. Later, I would transition to focus on retention in our SaaS model, pilot new roles and functions that were strategically imperative to where we wanted to pivot in our model, and then help to scale that skillset into peer teams as we evolved our coverage model. This naturally led me to leadership roles as both a subject matter expert as well as template to scale from. I am most proud of accomplishments that are not on paper that helped to drive the KPI’s that my team members and I achieved. The most noteworthy was significantly lower employee churn than peer teams as a result of my holistic leadership style and coaching. My passion for onboarding resulted in my team members promoting quickly into more complex roles and I am proud to see many of them leading in their current roles throughout the industry. My expertise is in building people that work for authenticity, professionalism, and drive outcomes.
