I am a part owner of this medtech company. Our technology and software solution have been developed with marginalised people in mind, such as the elderly, people with disabilities and those subject to domestic and family violence. Where simplifying and adapting to the needs of those our society often forgets is part of our mission. I feel very fortunate to be part of this incredible team and grow and nurture the business to greater heights each year reaching thousands of subscribers in the process.

A physical location for digital nomads and remote workers to colive and cowork in Italy. As a Co-Founder, I accepted the invitation to build a business at this location in Northern Puglia and test the idea of hosting the mindful kind committed to their personal and professional development. 

After a period of testing not only the concept but also being a Co-founder, I've decided to exit the 'brick-and-mortar' business model and pursue my vision of empowering people to live a location independent lifestyle through my existing businesses, which are online based.

Assuming both a Senior PM and BA role, I was engaged to deliver a detailed business case in support of a technology solution that enabled MCN to establish its own data lake, warehouse and analytical tools. 

The work included: 
+ detailed project charter with clearly defined scope and deliverables
+ detailed business requirements documentation and justification of need
+ engagement, interviews and workshops with SMEs from across all teams at MCN
+ vendor management and workshops
+ high level solution design 
+ commercial analysis and financial model delivery with Cashflow, P&L, NPV and ROI views

+ C-suite executive presentation of business case and submission to Foxtel for funding

Senior Project Manager (Contract)

News Corp Australia

Managed Projects within the Product Sales, Logistics and Production environments of News Corp Australia. As News has undergone a number of transformations in these years, I managed projects that focused on consolidation of assets, transformation of teams and roll outs of new technology. As the innovation candidate for the team, I worked closely with News Corp's innovation team and won People's Choice Award in the July 2016 Hackathon for an idea that turned into the Digital Manifest Project innovating in the space of logistics and transport.

Senior Project Manager

Managed the National Operations Function for all News Corp's newspapers (Group). Project managed a number of business transformation initiatives, such as the centralisation of publishing, customer support, call centre and business analytics. Successfully rolled out and then managed the quarterly national sales promotions in collaboration with marketing and the local sales teams.

National Operations Manager

Identified areas for improvement and successfully delivered a number of transformation projects that removed significant cost from the business. Established a centralised Insights and Analytics team and improved internal processes around data collection and reporting.

I am a location independent individual and currently working remotely as a Fractional CXO and Online Business Manager. I am exploring my passion for writing and conscious leadership and thinking about adding these in some shape and form to my portfolio career. 

As we come across new opportunities in life, different chapters close and others open. I never thought of myself as a boxed in talent – someone who is only defined by one distinct chapter or skill. 

I’ve had my corporate era and now exploring being an entrepreneur. Both worlds come with their unique perks and challenges but ultimately life-work integration is what makes my current evolution so incredibly enjoyable. So, what does this mean in practice? 

Great clients and interesting projects that support the way I like to work placing my health and wellbeing front and centre. 

In addition, doing things in alignment with my values where I work with companies and people practicing conscious leadership. An approach that goes beyond just profit chasing. I enjoy stepping into a role of a psychology informed consultant, mentor, educator and facilitator who guides her clients towards conscious and sustainable ways of thinking, working and operating. 

As a fractional COO and CXO, I am also here for the ride and help implement; not something consultants are known for. This enables me to fully step into being a Generator, which is my human design profile. 

Over the years, I’ve also been engaged as an advisor and also worked 1:1 with individuals and teams as a business, career and transformational coach. Roles I thoroughly enjoy and I encourage people to approach me about. 

One of the things that’s been a constant in my life is travel. My current chapter of being a digital nomad expanded my view on the future of living and the power of communities. Remote work is not working from home alone. It’s an opportunity to explore the transformative power of location independence and the lasting impact of in person interactions, such as co-living programs, workations, festivals, professional and personal development retreats amongst other gatherings.

I am curious to explore how adding in person experiences to the way I serve my audience benefits them in sustainable ways. I believe everyone deserves to work from anywhere and lead a life that supports their health and wellbeing.
