Leading the People strategy for my business, significantly influencing and contributing to the Group People Strategy for Restore Plc. The strategic partner to my MD & Senior Leaders including the People Leadership Team. Providing thought leadership on enriching the colleague experience through modern people approaches which enable and empower colleagues to be at their best and do the right thing for customers. Leading my People team of 6 locally supported by a People Services team and COE’s.

Successfully designed and led the People Strategy to enable growth of the business into new sectors (Life-science and Heritage) including Europe's largest laboratory move for one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical names (AstraZenica).
A strategy focused on improving colleagues’ engagement, empowerment, and happiness in their work life by introducing and implementing a new engagement platform based on Neuroscience to measure continuous feedback from colleagues using new and modern listening channels.
Successfully designed and implemented the attraction and recruitment strategy for the business. Introducing a dedicated Recruitment team to attract and recruit the best people for the business and ensured compliance by our agency partners, the management of our contingent workers.
Created a team of trusted People Business Partners who supported the People Leaders to lead their teams in an inspiring and motivational way, improving engagement and happiness in their teams and empowering them to deliver great outcomes for their customers.
Successfully created a high-performance culture, introducing the concept for continuous performance conversations driven by agreed business and personal goals, with a coaching mindset at its core.
